maintenance routine includes:

the burner, heat exchanger and clean out any deposits that have built up.
The boiler is
re-assembled, tested for gas leaks and checked for
carbon monoxide.
We then check the settings
against the system requirements to make sure that the correct amount of gas
is being used to ensure that the boiler is working to it's maximum
efficiency.
